By downloading, installing, or using the DropSpot mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use DropSpot. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may create a DropSpot account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Apple. By using Sign in with Apple, you agree to Apple's terms of service in addition to these terms. DropSpot will only receive the information Apple makes available (name and email) and will use it solely for account creation and identification.
Each user must choose a unique username at account creation. By selecting a username, you agree not to:

To access venue owner features, you must submit a claim request for your venue through the app. Claims are subject to review and approval by DropSpot administrators. Submitting false or fraudulent claim information may result in immediate account termination.

Venue Pro is a paid subscription for venue owners that unlocks advanced dashboard features and analytics.
DropSpot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
All content, branding, code, and design within the DropSpot application are the exclusive property of DropSpot. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.
DropSpot is a discovery platform and does not operate, manage, or endorse any venue listed in the app. We are not responsible for the accuracy of venue listings, event details, cover charges, or any interactions that occur at physical venues. Use of information provided through the app is at your own discretion and risk.
DropSpot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
